Shipping & Delivery Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some items are made to order and may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated shipping methods, delivery times, and costs will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Failed Deliveries If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange next steps. Additional shipping costs to resend the order are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at info@ewnyc.com as soon as possible. We may request photos of the packaging and item. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

All Sales Final All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because our products are made in small batches and limited runs, we are unable to process returns for any reason including change of mind or sizing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items The only exception is if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case contact us at info@ewnyc.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. Once confirmed we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
